  • Always try to protect your skin from direct exposure to the sun. We all know that sunlight provides vitamin D to our body but it is valid only for the morning sunlight. It is one of the most major steps which you need to take if you want good skin. Exposure to the sun for a long period of time may cause wrinkles, age spots, and other skin problems. Also, it increases the risk of skin cancer.


  • You can use various products which are available in the market like sunscreen. Apply it properly on the skin after a regular interval of time.
  • Eat a healthy diet as if you consume a healthy diet then you feel healthy and if you feel healthy then you get confident and look beautiful. Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.


  • You should wash your skin properly with help of a scrubber when you take bath. Washing your skin properly makes it clean and removes all the dirt from your skin.


  • You must use chemical-free soap or form. There is a various variety of soap available in the market which has n number of chemical in them. Instead of using them avoid them and prefer buying a nonchemical or khadi soap.


  • Always apply herbal cream on your skin properly in winters. It will nourish your skin seems to be glowing and bright. If you don’t want to use cream you can use baby oil it will be a great product.
  • Try to drink more water as it hydrates your body and skin. You must drink at least 3 liters of water to ensure good face skin health.


  • Avoid hot showers as they may lead to wrinkles. Also taking stress may weaken or degrade the quality of your skin.
