How to Lung knee hops Exercise?
1) Just stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
2) Step your left leg back.
3) Lower your body until your right thigh is parallel to the floor.
4) Push through your from heel to come up, and raise your left knee as high as you can at the same time.
5) Make sure your from knee doesn't go over your toes.
6) Your toes should face forward.
7) Inhale as you go down, and exhale as you go up.
8) Keep your core tight.
9) Keep your back straight and chest up.
10) Repeat this procedure.
11) You have to repeat this procedure with your left leg too.

This is an awsome Cardio exercise. That increases your Inner strength. You don't need any gym equipment. You work only with your own bodyweight. You can easily make it at home.
