Chest acne: - Acne can appear on different parts of the body including the chest.  There are many possible causes of chest acne, and often a person can reduce their symptoms or avoid developing acne by avoiding the triggers that cause the condition. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, acne is the most common skin condition in the United States.  Although common in teens and young adults, acne occurs in women between 30 and 50. Apple Vinegar

  • Dilute 1 part raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with 2 parts water.
  • Soak a cotton swab in this solution.
  • Apply soaked cotton on the affected skin.
  • Leave it on for about 30 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water.
  • Do this 2 times daily.

Lemon

  • Cut a lemon in half and rub it on the acne-affected area.
  • Leave the juice on the skin for about 30 minutes.
  • Wash the area thoroughly with cold water.
  • Try this remedy once daily.

Aloe Vera

  • Break the aloe vera leaf and extract its fresh gel.
  • Apply this gel on your chest acne.
  • Rub it on for some time, so that the gel can penetrate deeply into the skin.
  • Let it dry on its own.
  • Repeat this 2 or 3 times a day till the acne is completely cured.

Cinnamon

  • Make a paste by mixing half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a little honey.
  • Apply the paste on the zit and leave it for about 15 minutes.
  • Wash and dry it completely.
  • Repeat twice daily.

Turmeric

  • Mix 1 teaspoon turmeric powder in enough rose water to make a paste.
  • Apply it to the acne-prone area and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Use lukewarm water to clean the paste.
  • Do this once or twice daily.

Porridge

  • Cook 1 cup porridge and let it cool.
  • Add 1 tbsp honey and the juice of half a lemon to the cooked oatmeal and mix well.
  • Apply this paste well on the affected area.
  • Leave it on your skin for about 30 minutes.
  • Wash it off with lukewarm water.
  • Repeat once daily.
